CNC or Mill machine shop in or REALLY close to spring?

I’m looking for a shop in or near spring 77380 that uses machines similar to a compucarve (preferably on an industrial level)…

Why…I’d like to turn a few drawings into 3-d images that can be used as molds to replicate an original art piece…hope I made sense of it, I’m still not even sure this is the type of business I need…either way if anyone can refer me to a few shops such as these or has suggestions on others better suited to my needs it’d be GREAT…THANKS in advance!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

CNC Mill Graphite

Visit.www.datron.com. DATRON CNC Milling Machines are high-speedmachining centers designed for efficiency with small micro tools. Capable of milling, drilling and engraving the DATRON CNC Mill is ideal for milling graphite electrodes and parts like the one shown in this video, as well as other small parts for the medical, electronics, aerospace, dental, moldmaking and automotive industries. For aluminum and other non-ferrous materials our ethanol-mist coolant provides burr-free machining that eliminates de-burring and de-greasing operations — the ethanol simply evaporates and the part comes off the machining table clean! Great Details About the CNC Milling Machine Purchase

CNC Milling Machines are machine tools utilized to machine hard materials. They are frequently classified in 2 basic types, the vertical and horizontal referring to the main spindle orientation. The two types are ranging in sizes from “small, bench-mounted device to the room-sized machines”.

The advancement of the CNC milling machines has significantly changed the industry of manufacturing. By using the CNC milling, the fabrication procedure of materials will only take fewer steps. CNC machines today are driven directly from the software that is created by the CAM software package. With CNC Milling, the gathering of parts will be going from concise designs without using the paper drawings.

In a sense, with the use of CNC milling machine, industrial tasks are being completed with a lot of ease and faster with a lesser production cost of the company. CNC machines are said to be a symbol of specialize industrial robot systems that are programmed to perform every kind of operation with the machines in a certain limit just like the other robotic systems. The major point of CNC Milling Machines is the repetitive manufacturing of the complex parts of the metals along with the other materials by using the specialized coded programs.

Prior to the purchase of CNC machine, it is important that you have the proper knowledge with CNC milling machine basic parts. The milling machine is composed of the safety shield which is made of plastic covering that protects the area for cutting. The spindle shaft is the part of machine that is holding the tool bit that is part of the machine for the cutting. Vertical column of the machine is the machine part which is driving the cutter and the cross side is the movable part which is supporting the work pieces that are being cut. Axis motor is the one moving the cross side to different types of axis along with the controller box.

In purchasing the machine, make sure that all of these important parts are intact, because if one of these parts is absent, surely the machine will not produce the desirable end products. Also make sure to check for the safety button that automatically stops the machine from acing once it is pressed. Control panel is also an important thing to check on, is it recommended to choose a machine with a control guiding sticker for you to clearly see the instructions.

Make sure to check the tools and screws with its adapters and overhang and be more watchful with the cracks and possible breaks on the CNC milling tools. Also make sure with the plastic shield with the model that you purchase, it has to be a high-impact polycarbonate plastic.

CNC / machine tool certificate how much money can i make?

ok i have went to school and have recived a cnc certificate , i learnt how to run a lathe and a mill machine, a cylindrical grinder, table grinders , surface grinders, saws, ect… ive learnt some cnc programing includeing G and M codes and some autocad and CADCAM. also ive learnt how to set the PRZ and set tool off sets, ect.. in school we worked alot with cnc lathes and some with cnc mills i was just wondering i have no work or on the job training / exsperince (only school training) and i live in south carolina i was wondering about how much money i would be makeing starting out and after i get one or two years exsperince
i also know how to read blue prints, visulize and understand and know how to do mathmatical equasions needed to produce the parts … ps. i cant spell for shit lol

For more than 23 years, the experts at Techno have led the industry in the design and manufacture of CNC routers; routers known for their performance, durability, and ease-of-use. Techno CNC routers allow customers to cut with greater accuracy, faster production speed, and expand their business into new markets by cutting parts they could not cut by hand. Techno continues to set industry standards.

“The accuracy is incredible on these machines,†said Techno CNC customer Tom Farmer, owner and CEO of Hilton, N.Y.-based Upstate CNC Service Inc. “If you want to do something the old way with a Jigsaw you can hope that you get a straight line or an accurate curve. But the Techno CNC machines are computer perfect. I can make 1,000 parts exactly the same. You couldn’t do that with a hand tool.”

The Pro-series CNC Router is designed to meet the demanding production needs of panel processing shops. This machine model is engineered for optimal performance and product throughput in sheet goods such as plastic, wood, and similar materials. The LC Series, Techno’s most popular model, is ideal for small to mid-size production shops. It’s an excellent entry-level machine that allows the user to start with a CNC Router featuring many advancements typically found in more expensive machines. In addition the LC Series has two Table top models available for small part processing.

The Patriot CNC is ideal for prototyping, model making, jewelry manufacturing, or schools for teaching CAD/CAM technology to students. The Patriot is fully enclosed and can be equipped with many accessories such as a reverse engineering digitizer an automatic tool changer, and 4-axis for intricate carvings.

“I’ve always been impressed by the quality of their American-made machines,” said Bob Barnes, another Techno CNC customer. “I’ve purchased seven machines from them over the years and that says it all!”

Whether you’re working with wood, plastic, or other routable materials, Techno has a CNC router for you.
