www.neo7cnc.com This is a small CNC machine that I made. Unit is about 26 pounds. Cutting area is 4.5x by 5y by 3z. It uses THK actuators. I use dampers on all the steppers to help with vibration. Home switches are currently installed on the x and y.

Emco’s old CNC mill (c.1984) can still produce some complex parts; this piece was made by creating the G code from scratch (lots of trigonometry) and includes 8 partial arcs !!
